Hi, I'm Marcus Reeves — a licensed builder (CDB-U 100118) and the person behind Marwood Building Inspections.

My story in building started early. I began my apprenticeship at 15, straight out of school, and I've spent 20 years in the industry ever since 

Along the way I built and ran my own building company and a property maintenance arm looking after inner-city Melbourne homes for local agencies. I've turned my hand to renovations and extensions across the bayside suburbs, from Sorrento to Edithvale.

After all those years on the tools, I wanted to do something that put that knowledge to better use — helping people through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make: buying the right home. That's the heart of what I do now. I walk clients through what they're really looking at, flag the issues that might come up down the track, explain what it all actually means or say when it might be time to look again.

I offer honest advice on any work required or if you're thinking about improvements if you go ahead with the purchase.
